MANAGER OF PEDIATRIC NURSING

Come grow with us! Vista Health System is a successful hospital system located in the northern Chicago suburbs and is searching for a Patient Care Manager for our Pediatric Nursing Unit. This role will provide for the overall management of the nursing unit. Successful applicants will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising a pediatric nursing unit with a demonstrated record of accomplishments. Applicants should also possess advanced knowledge of Joint Commission standards, advanced communication skills (verbal and written), excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to educate and motivate clinical personnel.
